2'-OMe-NTP, or 2'-O-methyl-nucleoside triphosphate, is a modified nucleoside triphosphate in which the ribose sugar of the nucleotide has a methyl group (-CH3) attached to the 2'-O position. This modification enhances RNA stability, increases nuclease resistance, and decreases the innate immune system activation resulting from RNA binding to TLR receptors.
