2'-F-dNTP, or 2'-fluoro-deoxyribonucleoside triphosphate, is a modified form of a deoxyribonucleoside triphosphate in which the ribose sugar of the nucleotide has a fluorine atom (-F) attached to the 2'-O position. This modification enhances the stability of the nucleotide under different conditions as compared to the natural DNA nucleotides.
